After release of our first comprehensive report (anticipated in December, 2004), data and results from the CIP study will be made available to any interested party from academe and government that requests the material. The Project Co-Directors will encourage and coordinate further analysis and publication from the original study. As noted above, all members of the research network must execute an agreement with CIP prior to obtaining the data.




All publication or presentation resulting from data or findings collected by CIP will be obliged to provide the following accreditation:


The Canadian Internet Project/Projet Internet Canada is a research initiative of the Canadian Media Research Consortium, under the direction of Professor Charles Zamaria (Ryerson University) and Dr. André H. Caron (Université de Montréal), in partnership with the following parties: Bell Canada, the Government of Canada (Department of Canadian Heritage, Industry Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat Chief Information Officer Branch), Telefilm Canada and the Ontario Media Development Corporation.


Reports not produced on behalf of and approved by CIP and CMRC must include a standard disclaimer that the views expressed are not necessarily those of CIP or the CMRC.
